The eGo One was sent to me by the kind team at Elegant Vapour, for the purpose of this review.The eGo ONE is described on the Elegant Vapour website as follows:

Presentation
The eGo ONE come in a white presentation box, with an image of the eGo ONE on the front of the box, giving you the first indication of the sizing of this device. With the moto "One device for every one"
On the rear of the box, is the product description, contents of the starter kit, and a tick indicator of white kit you have.
On opening the box, the eGo ONE, sits in its top layer foam cut out fully assembled. The contents of the kit are really well packaged, and defiantly adds to the high quality feel of the product.
I was very impressed with what came in the kit, everything you would need, and plus some. Allowing for different Vaping configurations and looks.

Features and Specs.
The eGo ONE comes complete, with the 1.0ohm coil pre-installed and ready to Vape.The device breaks down into two main Compents, the Battery, and the Tank section.
The eGo One Battery.
When you order your eGo One you have the choice of two batteries, the 1100mAh or the longer lasting 2200mAh battery. The kit I was sent included the more pocket friendly 1100mAh battery finished in silver.
OThe battery itself has a really simple clean design, with no screen, just one button, towards the top of the body. The body is well machined brushed stainless steel and measures only 58.5mm tall & 19mm wide.
The top of the battery section has a standard 510 connection, with a non-adjustable brass centre pin.
It has four deep air channels machined into the stainless steel top cap, which is nicely machined and press fitted into the body section.
The fire button is matched to the body, and made out brushed stainless steel. And sits slightly proud of the body, just enough to make it easily found with you finger, but flush enough to not get easily pressed in your pocket.
Behind the button is located a white led indicator, which illuminates when pressed,
This LED indicates the remaining charge in the battery cell.

It takes around 2.5hrs to fully charge the eGo ONE using the USB charging cable.
The USB cable connects to the battery using the Mirco USB socket, located on the rear of the the battery, just above the base. There is a small red indicator light, which lights up when charging.
The bottom of the battery has a polished stainless steel base, which is press fitted into the body of the battery, the base has a good sized vent hole machined into it, should there be any issue with the battery cell venting.
eGo ONE Tank & Atomizer head.
The eGo One can be purchased with a choice of two sized tanks, 1.8ml or 2.5ml, the one I was sent had the standard 1.8ml thank fitted. Which measured 25.5mm x 19mm.
The Tank can be dismantled into its component parts, to allow easy cleaning, filling.
The base section of the tank contains the airflow ring, which can be easily opened and closed, by twisting the air-flow ring.
Within the wide airflow slot, is a raised pin, that acts as a stopper, when adjusting the airflow. And allows you to fully unscrew the base section from the tank.
The base section holds the Atomizer head, which simply screws into the base.
The kit comes with a choice of two Atomizer heads, which can be used to suit your Vaping needs.
eGo ONE CL 1.0ohm
1.8mm Air Flow Hole
Especially suitable for mouth inhale. It mimics the feeling of taking a puff of a real cigarette. With its tighter draw, it is perfect for people wants the sensation of a real cigarette.
eGo ONE CL 0.5ohm
3.5mm Air Flow Hole
Especially suitable for mouth to lung inhale or direct lung inhale. The sub ohm coil can easily create huge vapor production. With its loose draw, it is perfect for any cloud chasing enthusiast.
The tank section, has a brushed stainless steel outer casing, with 3 sets of off set windows, which are made out of 3 vertical slots.
The tank has a wide internal stainless steel chimney section, wide due to the size of the Atomizer head, which screws inside it. Leaving a thin 1.8ml ejuice gap around the chimney.
The top of the tank section has a standard 510 drip tip hole.
The eGo One starter kit, comes with a choice of two drip tips, to allow you to get your perfect look.
A matching metal drip tip or an organic glass drip, both with thermal insulation at the base of each drip tip.
The kit also includes a USB charging cable with a USB 1A plug, and a well written detailed instruction booklet and warranty info card.
Aesthetics and Build Quality
The eGo ONE is so well designed and thought out, and has a real 'want one' factor.
It is very well machined and faultlessly put together.
You can tell that this device has been designed from the ground up, with looks and performance at the forefront, with neither compromising the other. The tank and battery fit together perfectly, and match up seemlessly in look and feel, so when connected together, makes one whole device, rather than a battery and a tank. Joyetech have defiantly set the bar high with the eGo ONE.
Performance and Real World Experience
The thing that sets the eGo ONE in a class of its own, its not only its compact design, as there are already lots of small battery and tank combos out there, but it's unbelievably performance, it is a true pocket rocket, and as soon as you press the fire button, you get a sharp sizzle coming from the drip tip, and it produces Clouds of vapor, which would be more in keeping with a bigger more powerful set up. I found using the 0.5ohm coil head, it produces a warm satisfyingly Vape, with clouds and clouds of thick vapor. It really does need to be tried to be believed.Size wise it it one of the smallest devices that I have used, but don't let the size deceive you.
I only found a couple of draw backs with the eGo ONE,
Firstly, it does sizzle through the juice, which isn't a major problem, apart from the fact that the tank only holds 1.8ml, so when your out and about you will be stopping and filling up.
Secondly, the juice viewing windows are no use what so ever, for seeing how much Ejuice you have left in the tank, due to them being off set from each, no light shines through to to allow any vision, even when you hold it up to the light. I would have preferred slightly wider windows, which would solve the issue.
Charging.
I really like the fact that they have put the USB slot on the side, rather than the bottom, so many devices seem to have it bottom mounted, which means you have to lay them down to charge it, whereas the eGo ONE can nicely stand up whilst charging, perfect, well done Joyetech.
Conclusions and Recommendations.
I love the eGo One, it is a brilliant bit of Vape gear, that really is a pleasure to use, and delivers a really satisfying Vape, even coming from someone that normally uses a Dripper and a 50w Mod. It delivers great flavour and clouds of vapor.Would it become my go to set up?, no I don't think so, as I find I get a lot of pleasure from building and dripping, it's just my personnel preference. But saying that, it's the perfect device to pop in your pocket when your off out, but don't want to compromise on performance.
I would defiantly recommend it, and have already recommended to friends and fellow vapors, it really is in a league of its own, when it comes to compact set ups. As it states on the box "The One Device for everyone" because everyone should have one.
