The HawkSauce arrived in a 15ml soft squeeze plastic bottle with a powder blue child
proof safety cap, the labelling is clean and simple, with the Mount Baker Vapor
logo on the left hand side, with the ejuice details across the front, giving
you the ejuice name, nicotine strength :
12mg, the PG/VG blend, which in this case was 50/50, Extra shots, and the date
the ejuice was mixed. Under that you have the list of ingredients. And proudly
stamped on the side the Made in the USA mark.
As you
unscrew the cap, and start dripping
yellowy clear liquid onto the fresh cotton, you start to get a quite a
sweet sour berry aroma, like you would get from a back of sour sweets, quite a
sugary note to it.
On Vaping Hawk Sauce.
As you draw
to draw in the vapor, you get the notes of mixed berries coming straight
through, and lifting your taste buds, with a real sweetness on the tip of your
tongue. As this flavour starts to creep along your tongue you do start to get
just a hint of the sourness that your could smell, starting to come through
which you seem to taste down the sides of your tongue.
The flavours
all seem to be underpinned by a cooling mint, not to strong, just a hint of
mint, which seems to enhance the sweet and sour flavour notes that you get.
This ejuice
seems to have quite a creaminess to it, which seems to coat your tongue after
ever vape, just before it melts away, I
would liken it to the cream soda drink experience, combining the sugary sweetness
with a real creamy texture.
When combined
with the sweet and sour berries, it seems to produce a cooled berry infused
cream soda vape. But without the fizz.
As it
reaches the back of the throat, you seem to get more of the sour kick coming
through, but only a hint more, before delivering a smooth sweet throat hit.
As you exhale you seem to get the mint coming
to the forefront, and cooling and cleansing as it goes. The 50/50 blend produced
a good, amount of vapor, not loads just a sensible amount.
Conclusion.
This ejuices
was the first of the Mount Baker Vapor range that I have tried, and it wasn’t whati
was expecting, I wasn’t expecting it to have such a creamy texture, which
seemed to hold the vape together well, and I really liked the sweet and sour
combo, which seemed really well balanced, and not to overpowering.
