VapX Violet YK6
I recently wrote an article on the VapX YK1, which I was super impressed with, with its super compact size, leakproof pod design, ensuring incident free transport, along with the all important high end flavour production, all in all a super satisfying, pocket friendly vape.
So was super excited, when my contact at VapX got in touch, in relation to the launch of the brand new Violet YK6, and lucky enough to to sent a prelaunch kit, to put through its paces, and a chance to try out their full range of brand new flavours, offering ‘Double Taste, Double Pleasure’.

Violet YK6 Pod Tank
As with the YK1 Pod tank, the New Violet YK6 two part Pod Tank has been manufactured out of high quality food grade material, with the Push-fit technology giving you a fully sealed pod system , The pod section of the tank is 100% sealed, meaning that there will be a guarantee no leaks during transport over sea, land and air. Even with the low cabin pressure in the upper air when traveling.
The two part pod tank is super easy to use, you simply remove the rubber cap from the base of the tank, and then carefully insert the re-useable coil T piece into the base of the tank section, Then as with all tanks and pods, just let the pod and coil stand for one minute, to let the juice fully saturate the organic cotton.
Once the ejuice in the pod has been used up, simple turn the pod up side down, and carefully pull out the T shaped coil, and then insert it into the new fresh pod.

Performance and Everyday use.
As with the YK1 before it, i have been really quite impressed with the new pod system from VapX, and that's coming from a vapor who very rarely uses these types of devices, apart from when i test them out.
But with the Vapx Violet YK6, it has been my go-to pocket friendly vape, the one i grab off the side and throw in my pocket, if i am nipping out, or just going to talk the dog for a walk. The flavour it produces is absolutely spot on, with just the right amount of airflow for the perfect pod MTL (Mouth-to-lung) vape. The device delivers a super satisfying vape, with the a nice nic hit, some times a little to much, when you chain toot.
I would defiantly recommend the YK6, and to be honest the YK6 kit i was sent has now been seconded by my 21 year daughter, who is trying the transition from roll ups to vaping, and she has tried loaded and loads of my vapes, and this one is the only one so far that seems to keep her satisfied with vaping.
My only criticism is that the battery section from the YK1 cant be used on the YK6 pods, which is a bit of a shame, would have been nice if they had been standardised,
